Cancellation Policy
Waxing Policy. Contraindications & Eligibility : For safety reasons, please notify me before booking if you : Are pregnant or breastfeeding Have had recent surgery Have skin conditions, infections, or open wounds in the treatment area Are using prescription retinoids or acne medications Have had a recent chemical peel or tattoos I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it is unsafe to proceed. Appointment Preparation: Please arrive clean and any exfoliation done 24hours prior to treatment Avoid putting makeup/moisturiser or serums to or around the treatment area Results & Maintenance : Results typically last 4 weeks depending on hair growth and aftercare and consistency of treatment. Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully to maintain results. Results may vary from client to client. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms & policies : Appointments : A valid phone number will need to be provided when booking. Please arrive on time for your appointment to receive your full service. A consultation form will be required to be filled out during the appointment. Deposits : A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are taken off the total cost of the treatment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling : I kindly request at least 24hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made outside this window will result in loss of deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations will require prepayment in full for future bookings. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded. Clients arriving too late may be considered a no-show. No-Shows : Failure to show up without notice will result in 100% charge of the service. No-show clients may be restricted from booking future appointments. Refunds : All services are non-refundable. I reserve the right to refuse service. And if you are unsatisfied, please notify me within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
