Cancellation Policy

Spray Tan Booking Policy : To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review my booking policy : For best results : Please arrive with clean, exfoliated skin free of lotions, oils, deodorant, and makeup. Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment. Results vary based on skin type and aftercare. Proper aftercare instructions must be followed for best results. The aftercare card will be provided in the appointment. We are not responsible for staining of clothing due to improper aftercare or perspiration before the first rinse. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms : Appointments : A valid phone number will need to be provided when booking. Please arrive on time for your appointment to receive your full service. A consultation form will be required to be filled out during the appointment. Deposits : A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are taken off the total cost of the treatment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling : We kindly request at least 24hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made outside this window will result in loss of deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations will require prepayment in full for future bookings. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded. Clients arriving too late may be considered a no-show. No-Shows : Failure to show up without notice will result in 100% charge of the service. No-show clients may be restricted from booking future appointments. Refunds : All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please notify me within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
